ArmWorkouts is a virtual trainer designed for all those who want to improve or strengthen their arm muscles. This tool lets you follow your own training schedule and plan it for 30 days.
This app is divided into different levels, which will help you find your training schedule easily, depending on your current physical state. So, you have to pick between beginner, advanced and expert. There is also a 'meals' section where you’ll find a detailed daily plan of everything you should eat and when. That way, you can follow your training plan as best as possible.
Each type of training includes a 30 day plan. ArmWorkouts is structured in a way that you can follow it in order because it includes off days just when your body needs them. Similarly, each shift includes a ton of different exercises that are specific and you have to perform in order to exercise your arms. Also, all of them include images so you can clearly see how they work and avoid possible injuries.
The ArmWorkouts system lets you start at a beginners level and improve your arms until you reach the most advanced level or repeat each level as many times as you want and adjust the program to your progress.
